QSD series "automatic brake localizer |
"Automatic brake localizer" could make the wheel of the crane that is blow away by wind roll over the bulge of the iron shoe and then befell into the concave part of the iron shoe behind. The wheel would be fixed on the iron shoe and be divided from the tram road absolutely. This could effectively prevent the wheel from bouncing to iron shoe after striking it. All of the pressure from the crane wheel to the iron shoe would create friction trig resistance between the bottom of iron shoe and the tram road, which could make the crane gear down and brake. |

Each crane need to be installed with four brakes, and each side separately has two according to the crane's moving direction. While the crane turns left or right, there are always two brakes that would fix the crane. |
This product is suitable for the standard steel tramroad QU07 (the extent is 70 mm). If the steel tramroad is not QU70, you should make an indication, provide the type or the section picture of the tramroad and mark the wheel's diameter of the crane |
