Mudanjiang city Hexing crane institute is the only professional one, which mainly develops all kinds of safety windbreak facilities in China. Enterprise Achievements:
- 18 years ago, the first firepower electricity plant, Shanghai Yangshupu Power Plant, was installed with the "automatic brake localizer", which is still used normally up to the present. This commendably insured the safety of the coal grab of this plant and obtained a good reputation.

Jiangsu Laibi Power Plant, which is the biggest firepower electricity plant at present in China, has installed 14 series 56 "automatic brake localizer" that replaced the former windbreak facilities of various rail clips stabber in the past 5years since 1995. From then on, no accidents as the list facilities were blow away occurred, which adequately proved the reliability of this facility.

January 14 2003, in the windbreak ability testing of "rail brake supporter" which is made on the M10 portal frame type crane made by Langshan Harbor Company in Jiangsu Nantong Harbor Bureau, we proved by the reality that this facility is able to break the strength of 12 level winds. Experts from Shanghai Jiaotong University, who have made the same experiment for several times and knows quite well about the capability of various windbreak facilities, said that "this facility could protect the crane by breaking the wind without mangling the tramroad.
