　　If the general power turned on before the crane begins to work or move, the arrester would elevate automatically 30 mm higher than the tram road, so that the crane could move to left or right freely. If the power if turned off after the crane stop working or moving, the arrester would also fall on the tram road automatically and the mandric between the leg and arrester would prevent the crane from moving to left or right. If the crane continues operating and exceed the free space of more than 5cm, the leg of crane will lift the crane from the ground, all of the weight of crane and wheels are moved to the supporter. In this way the biggest pressure force can be obtained and create the biggest friction force between the supporter and the rail. Due to the reason that the underside of the supporter is made of special frictional materials, the friction module can be reach 0.5. it is means that if the crane legs weighs 30 to 40 tons,, it can create 15 to 20 tons friction forces. What is important is that we have solved the problem that other type of supporter will damage the rail under the condition that operating long time with high pressure on the rail. When the supporter once settled on the rail there is not 50tons pressure on the rail, only at the condition that the wind blow the crane to moved out of the crane freely move space 5cm, the leg of crane will pressed on the supporter and the pressure on the rail will be appeared.


	•QDZ-A "wind power rail supporter" is the standard and normal facility, which could endure a pressure of 60t. •QDZ-B "wind power rail supporter" would automatically keep a certain pressure of 15t-55t to the tramroad. •QDZ-C"wind power rail supporter" could endure an overweight pressure of 300t
